Beta-Test Product Downloads
We are pleased to make available for download pre-release versions of Blue Medora Products as "Beta-Test" software. Blue Medora Beta-Test software is prerelease code and is not at the level of performance or compatibility of a final, generally available product offering. Software may not operate correctly and may be substantially modified prior to first commercial shipment, or withdrawn. Software is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind.
The entire risk arising out of the use or performance of Blue Medora Beta-Test Products remains with downloading entity. In no event shall Blue Medora LLC be liable for any damage whatsoever arising out of the use of or inability to use Blue Medora Beta-Test Products, even if Blue Medora LLC has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
One notable difference from fully licensed Agents is that the Blue Medora Beta-Test Products include the text "Beta" when viewed in the Manage Tivoli Enterprise Monitoring Services (MTEMS) utility, also known as CandleManage or "the ITM Stoplight" utility.
For example, a Beta-Test edition of the Ping Probe agent will be listed as:

During your beta-trial evaluation, you will be able to ask our support team questions related to installation and product configuration. In consideration for receiving a copy of the Blue Medora Beta-Test Products for testing, you agree to serve as a "Beta Site" for the Blue Medora Beta-Test Products and will notify Blue Medora LLC of all problems and ideas for enhancements which come to your attention during the Beta-Test.
