30 Day Evaluation
Blue Medora’s thirty-day evaluation Agents are fully functional and contain no restrictions to their operations. The only difference from fully licensed Agents is that the thirty-day evaluation Agents include the text “Unlicensed Trial” when viewed in the Manage Tivoli Enterprise Monitoring Services (MTEMS) utility, also known as CandleManage or “the ITM Stoplight” utility.
For example, a thirty-day evaluation of the Symantec Endpoint Protection agent will be listed as:
Monitoring Agent for [Unlicensed Trial] Symantec Endpoint Protection
During your thirty-day evaluation, you will be able to ask our support team questions related to installation and product configuration. At the end of the thirty-day trial period, you must either purchase the appropriate number of licenses or uninstall the product.
