Nathan Owen, Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder
Nathan is the Chief Executive Officer at Blue Medora where he has responsibility for leading and scaling the company to realize its vision of becoming the market leading provider of End-Point Management and Monitoring software solutions.
Nathan brings 20 years of experience in the enterprise software space including roles in software architecture, global alliance management, sales, and business development across numerous successful startups as well as multiple stints within IBM.
Prior to co-founding Blue Medora, Nathan worked in IBM’s Software Group as a software architect, business development executive, as well as an alliance manager. In 2012, Nathan was named by IBM as one of their inaugural class of ‘IBM Champions’.
Prior to IBM, Nathan Owen co-founded and was Vice President of Sales for OctetString, an identity management software company that was acquired by Oracle in 2005.
Nathan received a B.S. degree in Political Science from Central Michigan University in 1994.
Mike Kelly, CTO
As CTO, Kelly is focused on advancing Blue Medora’s VMware
product integrations and leading the product champion and new product development teams.
Before becoming CTO, Kelly led the creation and development of a leading software solution for monitoring and managing Oracle databases on VMware. Prior to Blue Medora his career was focused on new product development and research, and includes experience at every stage of the product development cycle.
Chris Noordyke, Chief Revenue Officer
Noordyke brings nearly two decades of global sales leadership, channel management and systems engineering experience to Blue Medora, he excels at building teams and strategies that grow revenue at both early stage companies and large complex organizations. He has held sales and channel leadership roles with Tegile, Dell, Compellent, and EMC. As the Chief Revenue Officer he is responsible for ramping and managing the Blue Medora field sales organization in their mission of business development, channel creation/management, and revenue generation.
Since joining Blue Medora, Noordyke has grown sales from 3 team members to a global sales organization with representation in North America, Europe, and Asia. Under his leadership the average sales price has risen 500% as his team has transition to support Enterprise and Mid-market customers.
Kirk Senkowski, COO
Kirk’s career in business, software development and team building from startup through exit, has spanned over 25 years at companies such as Mill Steel, Knoware, Digital Commerce and well-known names like Haworth and General Motors. His abilities to define, model, visualize and lead the growth of a company is a critical asset for Blue Medora.
At Blue Medora, Kirk is responsible for growth and overall operations of the company as well as strategic planning. Kirk manages the continued growth of Blue Medora’s team, and increased revenue by a factor of five.
Greg Pattison, VP of Engineering
Leading Blue Medora’s product development teams, Greg
leverages his past experience in product development for the automotive, finance, computer and paper industries to produce world-class IT monitoring solutions.
Greg served in the US Navy as a Nuclear Power Plant Supervisor for six years prior to getting his computer engineering degree. He has worked for Mead, Burke Porter, and Atomic Object before joining Blue Medora. Since joining Blue Medora, Greg has redefined the development practices to dramatically increase product quality, functionality and delivery timelines. Under his direction, the engineering department has grown in size by over five times with a retention rate greater than 95%.
Charles Bass, VP of Channels
Bass oversees Blue Medora’s channel program and expands business opportunities with partners such as New Relic and VMware, which resell Blue Medora’s True Visibility Suite, to provide a centralized platform for monitoring applications and hybrid cloud infrastructure. He joins Blue Medora from Tegile, where he was most recently vice president of channel sales. Prior to that, he served as vice president of alliances and strategic accounts at Promark Technology and as director of channel sales at LeftHand Networks.
Christian Fernando, VP of Product
Christian brings over 20 years of enterprise and B2B software experience including 6 years as a Chief Technology Officer having grown revenue and market share with innovation commerce portals, high volume electronic payment transactional software, and financial services compliance documentation and risk mitigation solutions.
He leads product strategy and partner integrations including responsibility for building Blue Medora’s APM/Monitoring/Cloud Systems Management Platform Extension portfolio of products that extend the aperture of VMWare vRealize, New Relic APM, IBM APM, Oracle Management Cloud and other emerging platforms.
Christian’s experience in technology marketing and engineering has helped him deliver best of class cloud solutions to the Global 2000, He holds a MSc. In Computer Science from Michigan State University.
Dale Adkins, VP of Business Development
Adkins brings more than 30 years of experience in commercialization of technology to Blue Medora to further develop its strategic relationships with customers and partners. He previously worked as vice president of business development at Access360, which was acquired by IBM in 2002. He remained with IBM in the role of senior advisor in IBM business development for the Tivoli Software business unit and, most recently, in the Watson Internet of Things and Analytics division.
